Peanut Butter & Chocolate Cookies

Preheat oven 350
-1 egg
-1 cup natural, low sugar peanut butter
-1/2 cup whey protein, unflavored
-3T unsweetened cocoa
-1 tsp vanilla
-1/2 erythritol (add as much or as little as you need to get batter dough consistency)
-Mix all ingredients together in mixer.
-Using small cookie scoop, scoop onto parchment lined cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork in a criss cross pattern
-Bake in oven until done to your liking
