Nancy Weber, MBA, RD, CSR, LD, CDE
President and CEO of Advanced Nutrition Associates
Nancy Jo has coached patients to new levels of health and well-being for 30 years. She is a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) and has been Board Certified in Renal Nutrition. An innovative leader in the field of medical nutrition, she has been recognized nationally for excellent outcomes. After educating patients and other health-care professionals across the USA, she has dedicated the rest of her career to helping retirees regain their health so they can truly enjoy their golden years. She has earned numerous awards including Champion Dietitian for the Southeast and was nominated Outstanding Dietitian in Georgia, twice. Educated at University of Georgia (UGA), she completed her internship in Miami, FL and received her Masters from Georgia Regents University. She is the President of the South Carolina Council on Renal Nutrition and a member of the American Association of Diabetes Educators.
Chinazo Nwankwo, MD, MPH, RD, CDE
Co-President and CMO of Advanced Nutrition Associates
Dr. Nwankwo grew up in Troy, Mi and was an avid athlete, excelling in basketball, volleyball and track and field. She completed her undergraduate education at the University of Michigan where she received a BS in kinesiology, the science of human movement, and exercise physiology.
She then completed a master’s degree in Public Health in Nutrition and a Dietetic Internship to become a Registered Dietitian through the University of Michigan Health System. After a two years as a Dietitian in the Veteran Affairs Health Care System she studied medicine and obtained her MD at Duke University. She had additional training and experience working with Dr. Eric Westman, MD, the director of the Duke Lifestyle Medical Clinic in Durham, NC. There she applied her multiple skills to help patients overcome serious disease and disability with proper nutrition and lifestyle training.
She is a firm believer in preventative medicine and the use of nutrition in the prevention and treatment of chronic conditions. She is a member of the Obesity Medicine Association and the Obesity Action Coalition.

Cora Martin has more than 20 years experience in Marketing and Sales and an Operations and Marketing MBA. She has a passion for helping people using nutrition in the prevention of chronic conditions. She is a dedicated Lifestyle Health Coach specially trained to lead the Diabetes Prevention Program, to help you learn new skills, encourage you to set and meet goals, and keep you motivated.
